This episode is a message that I preached in 2021 in my home church. This message about Christians focuses on the actions of Christians.

We are going to talk about Christians and how they act today, in 2021. To understand and fully apply this message in your life you must first be a Christian! Now the surface (basic) meaning of the word Christian is to believe in Jesus Christ.

BUT there is more to this word. It actually means to be “Like Christ” or “Christ Like”. In the bible if someone acted like Christ then the Pharisees, Publicans and sinners would call them “Christians”. They meant this as an insult, like it was a bad thing. They couldn’t be any more wrong!

This message has three parts, we will look at:

• Christians in the Bible,
• Christians in Recent History
• Christians Today

We will take a look at the Christians, the Disciples or Apostles in the Bible. We will then look at the early Christians, the early missionaries and then we will look at what Christians are doing today.

The missionaries that I talk about in this message are Jim and Elizabeth Elliot. They were missionaries to the Auca Indians. It is an amzing story and I hope that you take time to listen to this episode and even look up there story for more information.

We can become STRONG in the Lord if we choose to be FOCUSED on soulwinning, FAITHFUL in the things of the Lord and FEARLESS for God.
