I have been interested in statistics all my life. I have also been a born-again Christian for most of my life, since the age of 7. So… why not combine the two!

I want to make and host a survey to gather enough information to make up a statistical graph of Church attenders.

Bellow you will find my survey and your answers will be anonymous. The statistical results will be revealed once I have gathered enough information and have enough survey submissions to make accurate charts and graphs of the answers given.
